Customer Service Policy & Warranties

• Service guarantee:

  • Service forward means just that.  Our service will be the top attribute you notice and remember about us.  We will do our best to offer you as personalized service as possible within our abilities

• Policies:

  • We will require our guests to manually agrees online to all booking and cancellation policies prior to final booking - check box to agree

  • Booking:

    • 20% payment upon booking

    • Remaining balance 80% due 60 days from stay

  • Cancellation:

    • 60 days or more prior to stay - 100% credit minus $150 cancellation fee

      • If able to fill the space will consider refund rather than credit on a person by person basis

      • Re-bookings must be made within one year

    • 60 days or under - No refund or credit

      • If able to fill the space will consider credit or refund minus $250 cancellation fee on a person by person basis

      • Re-bookings to be made within one year

    • We will be flexible and under unfortunate personal circumstance will work outside our policy on a person by person basis

  • Our policies may seem extreme compared to many you may be familiar with in accommodation hospitality but due to the remoteness of our location and the amount of pre-planning and pre-buying of supplies we need longer to readjust and hopefully rebook the space as well as.  As a seasonal business we only have a portion of the year to make our capacity targets that provide revenue to keep us going year round.
